"State Farm has grown to become the worst insurance agency, unprofessional company.

From the last 10 years I’ve been with State Farm, I opened 1 small auto claim that they handled terribly.
The local agent was not much of a help as well.
I have 3 policies with State Farm, and I tried to renew them with this agency but that was a nightmare.

I still can’t believe an insurance company would ask a customer to climb on their 3 story building and take a picture of the roof.. why can’t you do this yourselves! You get $600 a month from for doing nothing."
